Hospice is a concept of care designed to provide comfort and support to patients and their families when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatments. Our team of highly qualified clinicians and staff will develop and follow an individualized plan while providing expert medical end-of-life care, pain management and spiritual and emotional support.
Superior Hospice is committed to providing compassionate care in partnership with our patients and their loved ones. We believe it is a privilege to be a part of the end of life process and a gift to be able to share the experience with our patients and their loved ones. We want to be there for you.
These are the times when we need to concentrate more on quality of life rather than quantity. When our loved ones are facing the end of the road, we want to make sure that they are as comfortable and as happy as they can be. Our hospice care services can help. Through our experience and training, we will be the shoulder to lean on and the ear to listen. It is our privilege and honor to guide and help both you and your loved ones through this phase by being there for you.
Under the supervision of the Hospice Medical Director, our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals follow a treatment plan which
caters to the patient and their family:
